Happy New Year!

 

Jack Canfield suggest that every year should end with and evaluation of the year.  You list all your achievements and successes.  They don’t need to be tied to any goals you may have had.   Also, you should look at why you didn’t achieve some of your goals.   You need to evaluate if the goal is important to you.  If it’s not, drop it.

 

As I went over what I accomplished in 2011, I noticed a lot of it was laying the groundwork for what is to come in 2012.

Burned Out On Full Throttle Fat Loss Program

I felt really great when I finally got through week 6 of Full Throttle Fat Loss Program.  BUT, for some reason I’m no longer motivated to continue with the program.  I got stronger in all areas of my body, but maybe this program is too challenging.   Strange since it really is a great program which continually challenges.  Maybe it challenges me too much.

 

Where do I go from here?
